Samuels   Judith Woodward   Gina Grajeda           Joe Longo   Kevin Seabrooke   Ursula and Theresa Bell          36 canoe paddles were submitted to the On the River '09 Paddle Art Contest.  Two winners have been selected (one from each category) and the winners will be announced at the Festival on August 15th.  The winners will receive a canoe trip for ten, including lunch, from the two canoe companies that are helping to sponsor our festival.  Second and third place winners and honorable mentions will also be announced at the Festival.  Paddles are currently on display at the Visitor Center!
